The founder and editor-in-chief of 21st Century Burlesque Magazine; Holli is actively involved in the burlesque community on a day to day basis, and is privately consulted by performers and producers at every level for promotion, critique, recommendations, and encouragement. She has seen countless burlesque and variety performances across the world, and still gets the biggest thrill from discovering exciting new talent, and providing a more intimate perspective and insight into the lives and careers of burlesque’s greatest pioneers, performers and personalities.
A self-confessed ‘burlesque nerd’, she is currently building a large reference database of existing acts, themes and concepts for performers to consult.
Holli also enjoys collecting and dressing wigs and millinery, creating couture nails, and expanding her vast collection of burlesque literature, footage and photography…
Beatrix von Bourbon

Beatrix Von Bourbon began performing burlesque in 2006, and in the years that have followed she has won awards (Ministry of Burlesque Best Newcomer 2007, 21:CP Pin-up Queen 2008), performed throughout Europe, and you voted her No.10 in The Burlesque Top 50 2009! She is thoroughly engaged with the circuit and her peers, and alert and attune to the often heated burlesque climate.
Beatrix holds an MA in Cultural Studies and is by no means a stranger to writing. She has been published in many zines, had her ‘professional hints’ printed in Bizarre magazine, been interviewed for numerous university dissertations and book projects and has even had her blog featured on the frontpage of MySpace.com.
She’s a clear and intelligent writer with unlimited opinions and observations. Her workshops and tutorials are extremly popular, and her private tuition is highly sought after. She also sells a range of beautifully hand-embellished shoes!
